What is Support Coordination?
Support coordination is an NDIS support that helps people put their plan into action. It often involves clarifying what funding can be used for, helping organise services, liaising with providers, coordinating appointments and working through issues when supports break down. Our Support Coordinators may also help prepare for plan reviews, respond to changes in circumstances and make sure the different parts of a person’s support setup are working together in a practical way.
