Eakraj brings extensive experience and deep commitment to the disability and community services sector. With several years of hands-on work as an advocate, he has supported individuals in navigating complex systems, ensuring their voices are heard, and helping them access the services and opportunities they deserve.

He has also worked within a homeless men’s hostel, where he provided practical support and guidance to individuals facing housing instability and multiple life challenges. This experience strengthened his understanding of social disadvantage, crisis support, and long-term stability planning.

Eakraj has comprehensive knowledge of mental health and its impact on individuals and families. Over the past few years, he has been actively working as a Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, assisting participants to build independence, achieve their personal goals, and improve overall wellbeing. His work includes:
